I am currently teaching Clinical Pilates at Pilates based Physicalmind Studio in Malvern East.
What is Clinical Pilates?
Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise and Pilates, in Clinical Pilates there is a maximum of four people per class, and each individual is given their own exercise to do at their own pace.
These exercises are determined through a compromise on how you are feeling and what you would like to work on, as well as how I believe I can help you by ascertaining your body’s biomechanics (how you move).
I use a combination of mat work, cadillac (trap table), wunda chair, and reformer exercises. There are also a number of small bits of equipment that means I can keep ideas fresh and innovative.
Classes run for 75 minutes.
